What can I do to exercise my hard to tone areas like, my upper thighs
and buttocks?

Unfortunately, you cannot spot reduce, but you can use our virtual trainer to tighten and tone any area. The virtual trainer has some wonderful exercises to add. I suggest you change your workout routine on a regular basis.
BTW- Genetics determines whether you store fat in your buttocks, hips and thighs [pear shaped] and less of a disease risk than apple shaped obesity which stores fat primarily in the waist and stomach. Apple shaped people – determined by genetics- have been shown to have a higher risk for diabetes, heart disease and some cancers.
